Booking Form – Oly Disco

Please be aware of a new contract and new prices starting 01.01.2026. Read the text below carefully.

Please download the following document here and send it to info@olydisco.de along the reservation below, making sure to also attach a copy of your Olydorf Studentenwerk rent contract for verification.

The lounge can only be rented by residents of the student dorm who signed a contract with the Studierendenwerk. The rent is €100 and the deposit is a further €200. Payment is conducted only in cash during keys pickup. I hereby agree to these conditions.

From 01.01.2026 additional extras might be booked for OlyLounge private rent, such as karaoke set or beerpong tables. More information can be found in the contract.

The event may only have the theme “Birthday”/”Geburtstag” if it is actually the person’s birthday on that day. Otherwise, a different theme must be chosen. The official end of the event must be 00:00 and must be entered on the form.

Following contract must be signed during keys pickup.
